Spend some time in the Newspaper Room where you can look at over 40 different pieces of news coverage telling the world about Titanic’s sinking. News of the tragedy was greeted with shock and disbelief throughout Belfast and reading rooms such as this one would have been invaluable to those anxious for news of the ship. People paid a subscription allowing them to read newspapers and keep up-to-date with world events.
